Executive summary

Gemma Analytics proposes to build ValueAG a central data platform and a trusted, single source of truth for reporting. Today the numbers live in several disconnected tools and are reconciled by hand; this project consolidates them into one governed warehouse, models the core metrics, and delivers self-service dashboards.

The engagement runs over 12 weeks and is structured in two fixed-price modules, so scope and cost are clear from the outset.

Module 1 (Data platform) — central warehouse (Snowflake or BigQuery), automated ingestion of all relevant sources, orchestration, a dbt modelling foundation, and CI/CD. Fixed price EUR 7,500.
Module 2 (Reporting layer) — a consistent, daily-refreshed reporting layer built on the central data, validated against the existing numbers. Fixed price EUR 16,300.

Context

Starting point

ValueAG is a growing business consolidating its reporting. The current landscape is a mix of spreadsheets and point tools, with no agreed definition of the core KPIs and no automated refresh.

The problems

Conflicting numbers. The same metric is reported differently across tools, so no figure is fully trusted as a basis for decisions.
Manual effort. Reports are rebuilt by hand each period and are out of date the moment they are shared.
No shared definitions. Key terms mean different things to different teams, which erodes confidence in every report.

Proposed scope

We deliver in two fixed-price modules, each closing with a working, reviewable increment.
